- 1. Email us at [email protected] or call us on 01902 623 256 to discuss the process and the current guide price. Lines are open Monday to Friday, please click here to see when our lines are open. We will issue you with a reference number for the proposed transaction.
- 2. Complete the Sell to us form below and click on the “Submit” button. Remember to include the reference number that we have issued during your initial enquiry with us.
- 3. You will then receive an email with a PDF version of the “Sell To Us” form that you must print out and sign.
- 4. Pack your items securely together with the signed “Sell To Us” form and any other documents and proofs of purchase that we have requested.
- 5. Post your items to us, we recommend using Insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, or you can bring your items direct to our offices by appointment.
- 6. On receipt of your items and documentation we will contact you with our offer based on the market rate for that day.
- 7. Following acceptance of our offer we will make payment to you by your preferred method.
