Once you click the green Submit Form button, our system will generate a reference number for your sale and provide a pdf copy of the completed form for you to print off, sign and pack together with your items for dispatch to us. (We will also email a copy of the completed form to you.)

Send your package/consignment by Insured Royal Mail Special Delivery in order to ensure that your package arrives safely. Address your package as follows to avoid drawing attention to the nature of the contents:
